I was contacted by Beekman Marketing Group to work on a new business pitch for Suzuki. The challenge? It became clear to Suzuki that the company was being outspent by the much bigger automotive companies and needed to make the most of their marketing budget, but how? We focused on maximizing their reach with CRM. We initiated a strategy that focused on the customer’s loyalty to Suzuki by developing and managing multi-channel acquisition and retention initiatives, event-trigger, lead management and dynamic marketing programs.
